Meet Philo

Philo has blossomed here at the shelter into a social butterfly who loves everyone he meets. He loves to greet everyone with everything he has. He would love a home with an active family that would allow him the chance to run, play, and maybe even go for hikes. He is such an active guy who loves people, and he keeps getting passed up due to his energy and enthusiasm when he meets new people. Philo seems to get along with some dogs here but no small animals for this guy. He has met kids several times and done very well with them but would do better with older kids.
