Pheobe is a total LOVE BUG! Sweet and affectionate, Pheobe loves to snuggle and give kisses, she will stand on two paws as long as she can to get pets!
Pheobe might be a little shy at first but she needs just an hour or two to warm up and as soon as she feels comfortable, you’ll be her best friend. She will be very attached to you and will want to be with you wherever you are.
Pheobe likes to play with other dogs but at home, she wants to soak up all the attention and would be happy as an only dog. Pheobe has never met a cat but given her gently personality, we think she would be just fine with a feline sibling. Pheobe is smart, is very eager to please, is house-broken, not destructive at home and walks perfectly on a leash.
Phoebe was found with a foot injury. She can run, jump and put her weight on this paw but she may limp a bit and she can have some discomfort after prolonged activity. She will not need any medical attention for her foot.
Currently, Phoebe is in a foster home in Westchester County. Her foster mom says: "Phoebe is the most loving dog I’ve ever met. Someone is going to hit the jackpot with this girl."
