Petey's Story

Petey was surrendered to the local shelter when his person was placed in a nursing home. He immediately became a favorite of all the rescue's volunteers. He does well with other dogs and children. He is house trained and well mannered. He wants nothing more than to love and be loved.

PAWS of Southwest Virginia's Adoption Policy

PAWS of SWVA requires an application to be completed and reviewed before adoption. This process can take around 2-5 days before a final decision is made. We do charge an adoption fee, $125 for dogs, and $60 for cats. To request an application feel free to send us an email!
