Meet Peter Perch!

We don't know why Peter's owners surrendered him to Baldwin Park Shelter, but with irritated skin and missing hair, he was in desperate need of extra TLC. So, we scooped up Peter to become a Frosted Face on June 19th.

Peter is 13 years old and weighs 8 pounds. He is a super friendly, cuddly pup. Don't let his age fool you - Peter loves to play fetch with toy and will bring it back again and again!

Here's what else we know about Peter:

* Rides perfectly in the car.
* Responds well to his name.
* Loves snuggling up in soft blankets or pillows.
* Is very gentle when taking treats.
* Enjoys going for walks.

Peter is currently on a Frosted Fling, so we can learn what he is like in a home setting. His Fling Mom reports:

"Peter is the most adorable little guy! He is so sweet, warms up quickly, and just loves to snuggle. He slept right up by my chest the first night all the way through.

Peter loves squeaky toys, burrowing into blankets, and eating the healthy, homecooked meals I've been making him.

Peter is looking for a forever home and a lap to own. He's not just a dog, he's a whole vibe!"
