This sweet 3-year-old Pitbull is looking for a special home -- one that understands his unique needs and can offer the patience and love he deserves.
Peter is deaf and has some visual impairment, which means he navigates the world a little differently. Despite his challenges, he's a loving and resilient pup with so much potential in the right environment.
Peter was recently returned to our adoption center after his adopter's other dog became jealous, creating an unstable situation at home. Because of this, Peter will thrive best in a calm, structured home without cats and ideally as the only pet, or with a very easygoing companion.
He will need time to adjust to new surroundings, but with gentle guidance and understanding, Peter will make a loyal and affectionate friend.
