Pete is a 6-year-old gorgeous Australian shepherd who is neutered, vaccinated, chipped, housebroken, great with dogs of all sizes. He had lived outside all of his life and was on a chain until I found him on Facebook. He was terribly matted, skinny, sad, and in need of a home. He has adjusted well to living in a house, LOOVES his toys and knows basic commands, and is also calm in the house. He is very affectionate, enjoys car rides, and hikes. Probably not a good fit with cats in a home.

He will require further training due to his strong herding instinct. He is fixated on chasing squirrels and currently needs to be leashed at all times. He can be put on a cable for short periods of time under supervision to relieve himself.
