Meet Perrin. This little pittie mix is looking for a very special place to call home. He is blind and deaf… but don’t let that scare you. He is very much a puppy similar to his siblings. With his insane sense of smell and touch, he becomes familiar with his surroundings very quickly. He knew where his kennel, food bowl, and toys were the first day!
