Meet Perla
Perla is gentle and stunning! Sadly, she hasn't had a good life like so many other dogs we meet coming in. So was so skinny, so shy, and so scared. She is gaining confidence and making remarkable progress though! Amazing what a little love and food can do for a broken pup. She is on her way to a better life, and we cannot wait to see her loved by a family!
