Pepper is a Maltese mix around 9 years old and 10 pounds. He is a sweet, skittish guy that will need a patient adopter. He enjoys being loved on but wants to take his time and approach you for touch as he's ready. He is working on housebreaking and uses puppy pads between trips going outside.
