Meet Pepper
Meet Pepper! Pepper and her sister Salt came to the resuce as strays from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. We do not know much about her past prior to being in our care.
She is about 5-6 month old and about 20lbs. We think she is part cattle dog/heeler, but with those floppy ears, we are not sure what she is mixed with. Based off of her cuddly, mellow and gentle personality, we are thinking she is part bunny!
We expect Pepper to grow to be about 40-45lbs. For a young puppy, Pepper is an old soul. She is most content laying with her person, being held and cuddling up. She still loves to play, epecially with other doggy friends and enjoys going for walks, but equally happy just hanging out.
Pepper will do well in any envionement - home, aprtment, etc and is good with dogs, cats and kids. She would make a great family pet or pet for first time dog owner.
