Meet Pepper
Pepper is an adorable, young (14 months old), tiny (6 pound), Maltese-Yorkie mix, a.k.a. "Morkie". He is affectionate and very bright. He loves to "kill" his soft toys. He does "the wave" when he's excited -- gets up on his hind legs, crosses his front paws and pumps the air. He also likes other dogs. Pepper likes most everyone, but seems to prefer men.
While a delight 98% of the time, once in a while, Pepper becomes a teenager -- stubborn and disobedient, determined to get his own way. He needs an owner who knows how to work with this behavior and/or willing to work with a trainer.
