Meet Penny

Meet Penny! She has been so named because of the beautiful copper colored coat she has. We estimate that she is about 4 1/2 months old and is just a petite little puppy. She is a mixed breed, but it is too early to tell what the mix might be. She was found wandering on her own and fortunately Wilton Animal Rescue was able to take her in and find her a foster family.

A little about her…she is extremely friendly and great with kids. She is training with her foster family to walk on a leash and sit and they say she is doing well! They have also been working with her on potty and crate training. We are looking for a family for Penny that will be willing to dedicate the time to train her so that she can be the best version of herself. She has a lot of love to give and will pay that investment back with interest!

She will be ready for her new home in 3 weeks (around the end of January). We decided to publish her a bit early so people can start appreciating her cuteness! She will be fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed by the time she is ready to go to her new home. If you’re looking for a puppy, then look no further because Penny is wonderful!
