Meet Penny
Penny is 1.5 years old (Sept. 2020) Terrier mix. Penny was found by a nice lady and when no one claimed her, FFAS was contacted. We couldn't turn down her adorable face. And she sticks her tongue. She does well with other dogs once she gets over the meeting part. She can be a little loud because she can't hear herself. Oh yeah, we think she's deaf.
