Meet Penny! Penny is about 2 years old, she was found in an abandoned parking lot with other dogs. Penny is very sweet and playful. She also loves a good rub down. Penny plays in the yard with her boyfriend Kingston. She is a volunteer favorite and is sweet. Penny would be best with children over 10. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines.
