Meet Penelope
Penelope is a young lady at 10 months. This girl loves everyone. She gets along with dogs, kids, and adults. She appears to be part black lab and a mix of a perfect dog. She won't be too big since she is only 30 lbs, but her heart is big enough to love your family.
