You must be 25 yrs of age or older to adopt through us. We are in the Rochester NY area and adopt dogs out to area residents.

Penelope is a 6 year, spayed female, tri color chihuahua mix (no idea what mix is) who is approx 8 lbs, She is good with other dogs but LOVES her humans. Coming from Texas, she is not a fan of cold weather and takes a little time for outside business but acclimates to indoor pads if available. She would loves to keep warm under blankets, in bed or near her human. She is good when left in house alone but shows how much you were missed upon returning and will take treats gently. Penelope is a low energy girl and does well walking on leash.

All our dogs have been spayed/neutered; treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.
