Introducing beautiful Penelope! Your new running or hiking sidekick! An active family or owner would be a grreat match for Princess P! This gal is a dog for all seasons! In the warmer months, she can often be found splish splashing in one of the doggie pools here at our shelter! At other times she looves romping in the leaves and prancing in the snow! Her other hobbies include going for car rides and playing with balls. Penelope is a two year old spayed female Husky Mix! Because she can be a bit of an independent woman, staff feels a firm, consistent owner who will set boundaries will help Miss P to thrive. Once she gets all her wiggles and energy out, volunteers find her to be very affectionate, loving and loyal. This young lady does have some child restrictions due to food and toy guarding. A canine sibling will depend on the outcome of a meet and greet. Our pretty girl Princess P does not show well in her kennel.
