Meet PeeWee
PEEWEE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO ADOPTERS WITH PREVIOUS GIANT, GUARDIAN BREED EXPERIENCE.
Peewee is an adorable 3 year old Cane Corso boy that's as sweet as he is handsome! This cute kiddo is not just good looking, he's also very smart and has great manners! He sits for his food like a polite gentleman, knows basic commands and how to use a dog door, and walks nicely on a leash.
Peewee loves to snuggle and hang out with his people. He's a pretty mellow dude that plays for about 10 minutes but then he's ready to chill out. He has been totally non-reactive to other large dogs, but we aren't sure about his feelings towards felines or little dogs.
Peewee had a very bad life before coming to rescue. He was chained to a tree in the backyard by his previous owners, and they would often forget to feed him for several days at a time. Mr. P has made great strides since coming to the Bullpen, but he needs a forever home that will continue to work with him to build trust.
Peewee is current on vaccinations, HW-, neutered, and microchipped.

We highly recommend that our potential adopters fill out an online application as soon as possible, as it greatly expedites the process of finding the right dog for your situation. The adoption app is available on our website (www.bullpenrescue.org) under the 'work with us' tab. If you choose not to fill out an application before inquiring about a particular dog, please briefly tell us about yourself, family, and lifestyle since this will help us determine if the dog you’re interested in is a good match.
Our dogs are available for adoption nationwide but preference is given to adopters willing to do an in-person meeting. Please understand that our dogs are not adopted on a first-come, first-serve basis, but rather we strive for a “perfect placement” so we know that they will not be failed again.
