Pearl is a beautiful blend of sweet and spirited. At first glance, she may seem a little shy—she prefers to take in her surroundings before jumping in—but give her just a bit of time and you'll discover the affectionate, playful, and gentle girl she truly is.

Pearl was found frozen in fear in the middle of a road at a known dog dumping site. Cars passed by without a second thought, but she held her ground, unsure where to go. When finally approached, Pearl was clearly terrified, yet did everything she could to show she meant no harm. It was heartbreaking, but even in that moment, her loving nature was clear.

Since being rescued, Pearl has had time to rest, decompress, and come back to life. She’s now house trained, crate trained, and learning basic commands quickly—she’s a smart girl who’s eager to please.

Her energy is beautifully balanced: she’s playful and loves walks and running around, but she’s just as happy to relax by your side on a quiet day. She enjoys affection, cuddles, and simply being close to her people.

Pearl is also great with other dogs, cats, and kids, making her a wonderful companion for a variety of homes.
