Peanut Chihuahua Portland, OR

Our Sweet PEANUT is a small, male Chihuahua, around 7 yrs. old, 7 lbs. He is a cuddler who is looking for someone who wants a cuddly, lap dog!

Peanut is a very affectionate little guy who loves to be held or sit in your lap. Peanut is curious and cuddly. He enjoys long naps and exploring around the yard. Peanut also loves going for short walks and walks well on a leash. He is house trained when taken out on a schedule and sleeps quietly in his crate at night.

Peanut sometimes startles easily and will bark at loud noises, so a home without kids would be best. He gets along with the dogs in his foster home but would love to be an only dog.

Peanut loves to be with “his person/s” so someone who works from home or is retired would be perfect.

Peanut is:

· loves naps and exploring his back yard

· he is great at short leash walks

· he is house trained, and is taken out regularly

· he whines a short time in his crate but quiets quickly (he sleeps quietly all night in his crate)

· he does well with other dogs but we think would LOVE to be an only dog

Peanut is up to date on his vaccines, had flea treatment, had de-wormer and he is microchipped and neutered. He also has had his teeth cleaned and a dental. His senior dog adoption fee is $300.
