Giving your dog up for adoption because you cannot take care of her anymore must be a difficult and emotional decision to make. But that is what happened to Peaches, a 19-week old Terrier mix. Her owner could no longer take care of her and dropped her off at the local vet. Luckily for Peaches, she has a chance to find a new home. Peaches is a medium sized (25-50 pounds) pup currently weighing in at 28 pounds. As she matures gracefully, she may put on a few more pounds. She has a short tan and white coat. She absolutely enjoys the company of adults, kids and other dogs (she is very playful) but her experience with cats is unknown.The best family for Peaches is one that has met her, gotten to know her and fallen in love with her in the process. She needs a home with parents who can continue her crate/house training as well as leash training.Peaches is a medium energy dog and would really benefit from daily walks, visits to the local dog park or playing backyard games of fetch where she gets not only exercise but also socialization opportunities with her family and, perhaps, other dogs.This young pup is truly a winner!
