Meet Payton
Payton was once owned as a small pup, when her owner decided she didn't want her, she drove her out to the back roads of South Texas and dumped her. Animal Control received the tip and picked her up. Payton spent a month sitting in the shelter being overlooked - her time was up and the shelter was full so Payton was slated for euthanasia. Road to Home rescue picked up this amazing little girl and now she is ready for her new home.
Payton is about 6 months old, about 28lbs and up to date on vaccinations. We believe her to be a shepherd mix. Payton will be spayed soon after arriving in NY from Texas.
