Meet Pawlene
Pawlene is one of the loveliest pups in our rescue, who is very calm and sweet. She is good with dogs, curious about cats, great with humans, and loves children.
Pawlene's babies were all taken away and she was in the shelter in Houston from where she was rescued one hour before euthanasia. .
She is extremely affectionate and a big time cuddler, and still has some puppy energy. She walks good on leash and is very smart and obedient, except when she sees a squirrel and wants to chase. She is truly a great pup who will make someone a wonderful companion.
Pawlene is 21 months old, and weighs about 58 lbs now.
She is fully vetted, current on vaccination, and is spayed and microchipped. She is also heartworm negative and kept on heartworm and flea preventatives.
Pawlene is currently being fostered in Houston, but can travel to any state, even Canada to the right home.
