Meet Paula!
Paula was born without mother dog taking care of. She was nursed by the volunteers at the shelter and luckily got adopted when she was still a puppy. Few months later, the shelter volunteers received an abuse report and found out Paula was severely mistreated. They found burn injury wound around Paula’s back and she was malnourished. Paula was then taken to a foster care for better medical treatment and look for a forever home.
Paula is a sweetheart who loves to play with her doggie mates and enjoys making new friends. she is great with the people she knows and will go up to them for treats or cuddles. she is ok when it comes to meeting strangers and will walk with them if they have her leash. she is ok with gentle kids and will let them pet her but loud or sudden movements might still scare her. She loves food and eats fast but she is not food aggressive towards people nor other dogs. (She is not interested in cats ) she goes outside for potty all the time and enjoys the car ride.
