Patton Labrador Retriever & Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix Big Rock, TN

Update: Patton has come back to be with HRG. Yes, human was in tears but because she has two small children she had to allow Patton to come back. Patton is a jumper. But he’s jumping because he is wanting a play partner. So we are going to look for a home where he has another sibling to play with.
We also feel he would do better in an home with older kids and no younger kids. We believe the extreme activities of the smaller kids may cause Patton to nip in order to tell them to stop.
We will work with Patton prior to placement. We believe he just needs a different environment where he will blossom and grow.

Patton is bomb proof. Good with all. He is a young pup dumped out at camp site areas near the water. Had to find shelter during one of TN worst snow storm period. My heart broke to hear he had been dumped and seeking refuge for over three weeks.

He is super friendly and loves human contact. He is a fantastic boy just a small amount of energy but nothing that should have caused him to be thrown away.

I hope someone reaches out to meet Patton because you will fall in love. He has the best demeanor I have seen in a long time. Don’t miss out!
