Because of this, he hasn’t had much one-on-one attention and is still learning that people can be safe and loving.<br/><br/>He will do best in a quiet, patient home with a secure X-pen or fenced area, since he doesn’t yet know how to walk on a leash. He’s good with other dogs, but when it comes to children, he may need time to feel comfortable.<br/><br/>Patchy the Pirate will need patience, love, and consistency as he learns to trust.
