Patchi Valrona Yorkshire Terrier & Schnauzer Mix Thompson's Station, TN

Patchi Valrona, aka Tootsie, is an approximatley 6 year old mixed breed that weighs 6 pounds. Patchi is the sweetest little cuddle bug who is very low maintenance, but not shy to assert herself to the front of the pack if there’s another dog present.
She currently working on her outdoor potty skills and understanding basic commands. She has a big appetite and gets excited about snacks and meals, doing a little dance for you. She doesn’t play much with toys or bones, but she’s picking up cues and learning to play. She is also learning leash walking.
Patchi will do best as the only dog in the house, but will do fine with an older dog that doesn’t play much and is relatively laid back. Patchi will do best in a home where she can follow her human around all day and with someone that is patient with her, understanding that she does not enjoy being alone and still needs work on her training.
Patchi is happy to sit in her bed or floor next to you all day. She can show herself with a lot of barking and carrying on outdoors when she sees other dogs and needs to be redirected. We feel Patchi will do best with children over the age of 12.

Patchi Valrona is up to date on shots and preventatives and is microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250 plus any additional donation you feel appropriate. Our adoption fee is set to a level to make adoptions happen. They do not cover our costs. Thank you for your generosity and interest in our dogs!

All dogs adopted locally through SGDR receive a free six-week session of obedience classes and a lifetime of behavior support through our Project REWARD program with trainer Charlotte Blake.
