Meet Parsley!
Do you know what happens when you have been abused? When you shy away from everything, and you are frightened to be shown happiness because it may be taken away? Parsley knows what that is like. Parsley is in the DASH prison training program where she knows simple commands, and is potty, crate, and leash trained. However, what her handler focuses on most is Parsley's fear to be happy and teaching her how to be comfortable meeting new people and going to new places. She has come a long way with her handler who will tell you how loyal, loving, and affectionate she is when you give her time. That she sleeps under the blankets with him every night and they play with toys and other dogs. We are looking for that special person who will devote some time to Parsley so that she can show you what she has locked up inside. Wow, what a moment it will be when you realize you have changed each other's life and created a strong bond. Please send in an application and spend some time with Parsley.
