Hi, I'm Parsley. I am a funny, entertaining little girl. And I am a poodle/terrier mix and hypoallergenic.

One of my pictures shows how I looked when I came to Homeward Trails. I looked like I had never had a haircut. This is NOT a recommended look for any dog, let me tell you. It is uncomfortable and makes it difficult to walk. I now go to the groomer and have a new hairdo. My hair does not grow very fast, so you don't have to worry about frequent groomings - two or three times a year is adequate.

I have a bubbly personality! I am smart and know commands for sit and lie down. I can even turn around on my hind legs and dance for you. I play with toys and enjoy sitting next to you on the couch. I am housetrained.

I love to follow my foster around the house and would make a great companion for someone who is retired or works from home. I am easy to walk and enjoy my time outside. I would be happiest in a quiet adult only home with people who have some dog experience. That said, my foster entertains and I behave very well when she has maybe 20 people (I can't count) over for dinner.

I once met a crazy creature they called a cat. I wasn't impressed and wanted to chase the cat, so I probably would not want to live with one. Big dogs scare me, but once I get to know little dogs, I do fine with them.

My life has been a bit rough - I was seized in a police raid in Baltimore - but I still love life and people, and definitely have a positive attitude. I would love to be your companion and playmate. Please ask to meet me!
