Meet Parker (aka Blacky),

Parker is a LOVER not a fighter. He loves all attention from his people, from toddlers to adults. He was a former kennel dog, who has been in The DASH Prison Training Program brushing up on his manners & learning commands. He seems to be easily trained so he may have known them at one time. He is housebroken, does great with a crate overnight, walks on a leash & will heel. He knows sit, stay, down, wait & leave it. He

Loves room to run and play, so fenced yard would be good. He may be a little more active with a little weight loss, but for now he is pretty laid back. He is super lovable, pretty well behaved, barks at passerby and small animals but quiets pretty quickly. He will play fetch but overall just wants some extra attention. He seems smart, a little goofy, and with continued training would make a great indoor pet. Hasn't been cat tested, but would probably do okay with an introduction. If you like the big ones (like typical labs, his tail is perfect coffee table height!) you'll love this guy!! He is looking for his forever home with you!!
