Panda Boston Terrier & Jack Russell Terrier Mix Syracuse, NY

The story goes ... "this dog just showed up at my house and had puppies the next day." Panda entered a rural shelter in Georgia as an alleged "stray". It's hard to safe if that was truthful or not but our gut says doubtful. Poor Panda had literally had just given birth to puppies and then was brought to a loud overcrowded shelter. As a rescue worked as quickly as we could to get her into a loving foster. As a mother of 8, Panda has been very attentive and loving to her babies, although she is starting to appreciate her "kid free" time! As her puppies grow it is time to start thinking about Panda's next big adventure ... finding her an amazing family.

** Note Panda's spay appt isn't until the end of February so she would not be available to head to her family until March at the earliest!

* Crate Trained - although doesn't love the crate at first but will settle
* Dog Friendly - currently plays with a JRT about her size who is a resident dog at her foster's
* SUPER affectionate and loving
* Very treat motivated
* Knows "Sit"
* Walks well on a leash
* Enjoys squeaky toys

Panda is currently fostered with us in GA but we have a transport program that allows our dogs to be adopted throughout much of the USA & parts of Canada.

Panda's adoption fee is $500 which includes her spay, current vaccinations (rabies, parvo/distemper, and Bordetella), negative heartworm test (if 6+ mths old at transport), negative fecal within 14 days of transport, health certificate within 10-days of transport, registered microchip, and transport costs.

As a Project Freedom Ride direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet would take place on a video call (FB Messenger Call, Facetime, Zoom, Etc). The adoption application and fee would be finalized & paid in full prior to receiving your dog. Drop off locations through our transport program are as follows:
