**We would love to talk to you about Panda or any of our other available dogs but we first need everyone to go to our website and submit an adoption application.
Panda’s Story: Panda was surrendered to JCCARE by his loving owner who could no longer take care of him. Panda’s owner wanted the best for him and knew JCCARE would go to great lengths to find him a loving forever home.
Health: Panda is healthy and has no medical issues, he’s up to date on all vaccinations, and neutered.
Temperament: Panda is jumbo sized loving chin, he loves to interact with his people, and enjoys walks and playtime during which he will go out into the yard and play "chase" while he zooms everywhere. Panda is working on trust of strangers; he currently is leery of strangers and will growl (he has never tried to bite) and sit in a far corner keeping an eye on everyone when people come over that he does not know.
My Ideal Home: Panda will make a great companion; he is housebroken and knows how to use the doggy door. Once he is settled into his new home, Panda should fit well into most homes; he gets along with other dogs and cats. Panda is fine with children although like all of our chin adoptions, we prefer children in the home be at least 10 years old.
Adoption Process: To adopt a Chin from JCCARE, start by filling out the application found on our website at www.japanesechinrescue.org. The application is under the Forms menu.
If you aren’t ready to adopt yet but would like to help this dog, please click on the purple SPONSOR ME button above the name. Your donation will help us to pay for the care of this dog until he/she finds a forever home.
JCCARE also maintains the lives of many senior and special needs Chin in our “Sanctuary” program. These dogs are not listed on Petfinder, as their health issues make them unlikely to ever be adopted. If you are a lover of the breed, could you please consider sponsoring one of our seniors? You can find their pictures and stories under OUR CHIN on our web site: www.japanesechinrescue.org
