Goofy and handsome and ready to "WOW" you. We welcome Packer, perhaps THE most traveled pet you will ever meet! Now, we caught up with this super friendly fellow when we learned he was languishing in an offsite boarding area south of us. Having been adopted out from a high kill shelter summer of '14 only to be dumped at another high kill shelter in Texas, we knew we HAD to give him a break and open our doors to him. Packer has never met a stranger and is just so much fun to hang out. A larger sized tri-colored hound, Packer loves running and interacting with other dogs and is super smart and attentive to his humans. Happy to go for a car ride (why yes, he was transported back "North" via a trucker), Packer is ready for an adventure and is fast on the uptake in making friends. A good-natured, happy fellow, Packer knows how to get the pet job done and can't wait to get back to "work."

History: Packer was pulled from a high kill shelter after he was adopted out, dumped at another high kill shelter and then returned to the original high kill shelter. He is extremely resilient and VERY patient.
