Ozzy's Story
Ozzy is male German shepherd who was born approximately Sept. 2020. He was surrendered to our local shelter along with another male and a pregnant female Shepherd after their owner passed away. & he’s now in need of a foster or forever home! Ozzy is a sweet boy who loves ear scratches & going on bike rides & for long walks/hikes. Ozzy is very obedient and always eager to please once he understands the expectations. He will be best in an active home & one that will continue working with him to keep up his training. He’s good with other dogs but generally prefers females over males; however, a submissive male dog might work! We do not recommend cats, small dogs/animals, or children under age 10. Ozzy was very abused with a hose and is extremely scared of them, so outside bath time can be a chore. But he does like being brushed and petted! He is getting better about his baths, but he will never be totally comfortable with them. If you are a German shepherd lover, you will fall in love with him instantly.? Breed experience is a bonus and while he may prefer a fenced backyard, we believe he would still do well without a fenced backyard as long as he still got exercise & leashed potty breaks.
