Introducing Ozzy! He is a 50 lb, 1 yr old with charm and beauty, this dog will match the energy you give him.
He is house trained, kenneled trained and walks and runs(!) on leash. He would make a perfect companion for an adventurer. He loves outside time. If you have a deck, he will nap on it. If you've a fence, he will patrol it. He is diligent about keeping the chipmunks away!

Ozzy currently lives with 3 children under 10 years old and their activity has not phased him. The family has found that everyone benefits from naptime. Even Ozzy will take one in his kennel during the day.

Ozzy can get along with other dogs, but new introductions can make him nervous. He gets so excited to meet new dog friends that he can misread them and play too rough. Slow introductions and supervised interactions are recommended to help him refocus and build his confidence.

Dogs from Underdog Pet Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:
Spay/Neuter
Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella Vaccinations (as age appropriate-puppy adopters may need to cover some vaccine boosters)
Heartworm Test (for dogs over 6mo)
Microchip
Deworming
Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative
Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian

Our adult dog adoption fee is $300. Our puppy (under 5 mo) is $375. Our senior dog (over 8 yrs) is $250.
