Hello and welcome to Beacon Animal Rescue! Beacon’s mission is to rescue, shelter, and find loving homes for cats and dogs; to educate the community about responsible treatment of companion animals; and to promote the practice of spaying and neutering in a no-kill environment. All our dogs come spayed/ neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and medical records, along with a free wellness exam from our veterinary clinic within 30 days of adoption.

Introducing Otter, a 6-month-old mixed breed who is as playful and affectionate as they come. Otter loves exploring new places and playing with toys. He has a friendly demeanor and gets along well with other dogs. While he is a little shy at first, he warms up quick and would definitely enjoy a house with other dogs to play with! Otter is ready to bring joy and companionship to his new family. If you're looking for a loving and energetic pup, Otter might be the one for you!

If you have any dogs in the household already, we require a meet and greet between the pups to make sure they will get along! All dogs can be cat tested upon request as well, unless the dog has already been tested, which will be marked on their profile.
