Meet Otis – The Sweetest, Most Laid-Back Boy!
Otis’s journey hasn’t been easy, but his heart is as big as ever. Originally found as a stray in 2023, he was adopted but sadly ended up back at a shelter in February 2025. When staff scanned his microchip, no one came for him. Within two weeks, he was placed on the euthanasia list at a high-kill shelter in Lancaster. Thankfully, we saved him just in time—and now we’re on a mission to find him the loving home he truly deserves.
Since his rescue, Otis has been an absolute dream. He’s incredibly mellow, sweet, and easygoing. Whether he’s lounging by your side or going for a casual stroll, he’s just happy to be with you. He’s great on a leash, house-trained, crate-trained, and dog-friendly. While he hasn’t been officially tested with kids, his gentle nature makes us confident he’d do great in a family setting—and possibly even with cats!
Otis is looking for a forever home where he can be loved as much as he loves in return. Could that be with you?
