Oso is an active, but cuddly dog who is up for a hike or a snuggle session. <br/>When Oso was surrendered, he was coughing and apparently had been coughing for 2 years and never treated. It turns out Oso had done doggy asthma that improved with some medications. This did not seem to bother Oso at all as he remained his fun active self. He does not require daily medications either.
