Oscar is a timid boy that needs a minute to warm up to you and learn his surroundings. Once he is warmed up, he is the sweetest boy! He loves to give butterfly kisses with the tip of his tongue.

Oscar does well with other dogs, and he loves to go outside and play. He still acts like a puppy so he will need a home where he can get lots of activity. He is not yet house broken, but his foster mom is working with him on that as well as on his crate training. She says he will easily go into the crate with a little motivation from chicken or cheese!

We would like to have Oscar adopted around the Baltimore area. He will come up to date on his shots and microchipped. He is not yet neutered, but we will pay the costs associated with the procedure at a facility that we approve or choose.
