Meet Oscar
Oscar is one of the longest standing residents at the shelter and he is the favorite of many volunteers. Oscar is a friendly guy with medium energy. He loves his walks and loves attention. Oscar would do best with an experienced dog owner because although he enjoys hanging out and playing with other dogs, but has gotten into a scuffle in the past. Even though Oscar can be finicky when it comes to his playmates (can't we all), he deserves a home just like all the other dogs at the shelter, and will make someone a great companion and friend.
