Meet Oscar
Oscar was at a local stray and was surrendered by his owner and given up to die. He was rescue only because he was afraid in this cold, loud shelter.
He is the perfect dog. He is beautiful, calm, playful with other dogs, the most affectionate, sweetest dog ever. We would prefer a home where his owners are home more than not,so he can get the attention he deserves - his favorite past time is sitting in your lap. He is definitely a velcro dog but loves to play with other small dogs as well.
His last picture is of him at the shelter - so sad.-not anymore! He is the happiest boy. He still shakes at new things because of fear but just the perfect time to hold him. lol
