Oreo and Cody Morkie & Yorkshire Terrier Mix Temecula, CA

Cody and Oreo were left orphaned when their dad passed away from COVID.

Oreo (blk and tan) is a 12 year old Yorkipoo. He loves to wander around the house and is pretty independent. He isn't too snuggly, but we love watching him as he enjoys rolling around in blankets or on the carpet and he loves toys and food.

Cody (white) is a 7 year old Maltese/Terrier mix. He is more shy, sensitive, and submissive. He follows Oreo wherever he goes. Cody doesn't want to get in anyone's way and even moves if someone tries to eat from his own food bowl! It took Cody a couple weeks to get comfortable enough to jump on the couch and snuggle with people, but he definitely does now! He just needs someone to give him time to adjust.

Oreo is almost completely deaf and has slight vision loss but he doesn't have any issues getting around. Just don't expect him to come when he is called. He sleeps very soundly and snores a little at night. He just had bloodwork done which was totally normal and a dental so he is set for awhile.

They lived outside prior to coming to us so they are still being housebroken now. They are both crate trained (they sleep in same crate) and don't have accidents in there. When loose, Oreo does try to tell you when he has to pee by going to the door, but if you don't take him out right away, he does urinate inside. Cody is learning pretty quickly and is almost housebroken now.

They both get along with other dogs but recently started chasing our cats so a home without kitties would be best. They are neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Cody and Oreo are beautiful, sweet dogs and would be a great pair to relax at home with!
