Just as pretty as the flower I am named after! Orchid! Gorgeous red and white Pit Bull mix that had a rough start. You see, I was left behind for DAYS on a balcony. No food, water, shelter, nothing. I am nervous, but I am coming out of my shell and would like it if you took things slow when meeting with me. Due to my nervous behavior and apprehension with handling, kids over 12 years are best. Once I get to know you, I am quite affectionate. I love toys and they make me pretty happy! I don’t mind sharing them and I also don’t mind keeping myself entertained. I sit and know down, so continued training won’t be a hard task to complete. I don’t like being bothered while chewing on a yummy bone, but will trade if you need to take what I have. Since I was deprived of all the above while spending those days on that balcony, who could blame a girl! I cannot live with cats, but I might do okay living with another dog. I seemed to want to play, but at times I would become over stimulated (mouthy and vocal). Not a lot dogs would appreciate that, I know, so it would depend. I also don’t mind being your one and only!
