Opal's Story
Meet Opal!

This adorable pup was rescued as a tiny bundle of joy along with her littermates, found abandoned in Ogden, Arkansas. Born around February 15, 2025, Opal is now spayed and up-to-date on all her vaccinations, including her rabies shot.

Currently living in a loving foster home with seven furry friends of all sizes, Opal has mastered her doggie door like a pro! She happily dashes in and out into a spacious, fenced yard where she knows just where to go potty. Though she’s made great progress, being a playful young one, she still has the occasional accident when excitement hits!

Opal has spent some time in a crate, but she's now trusted enough to roam freely around the house (which is dog-proofed, of course!). Loud noises might make her a bit skittish, but she quickly retreats to the safety of her doggie door.

This sweet girl is incredibly submissive and enjoys watching her canine companions play, sometimes joining in on the fun! She’s learning to walk on a leash but would benefit from a little more training. Opal would thrive in a home with older kids to share her playful spirit and especially with someone who works from home or stays home.

Being social is in Opal’s nature; she loves the company of fellow pups, so having a few furry friends would be ideal! Just a gentle reminder—she loves to go counter surfing, so keep those tasty treats out of reach! She knows that the best goodies come from that big metal box we call the refrigerator.

Let’s help Opal find her forever home filled with laughter, love, and plenty of playtime!
