Looking for a dog who’s equal parts charm, playfulness, and snuggly goodness? Meet Onyx — a one-of-a-kind pup who’s quickly stealing hearts (and toys!) at the shelter.
Onyx came to us as a stray, and though no one came forward to claim him, he hasn’t let that dim his joyful spirit one bit. In fact, he’s got one of the happiest faces we’ve ever seen — he always looks like he’s smiling!
This lovable guy adores toys. Soft toys, hard toys, squeaky ones, stuffed animals — if it’s a toy, Onyx is in heaven. Playtime is his favorite time, and he’ll keep you entertained for hours with his goofy antics and boundless energy.
Onyx is very people-friendly, seems to be housebroken, and has been great with everyone he meets. He shows signs that he’d do well with other dogs too, making him a fantastic addition to many kinds of families.
With his big grin, affectionate nature, and playful personality, Onyx is well on his way to becoming a shelter favorite — and it's easy to see why.
