It's a crazy world for doggies right now and this sweet boy, we feel, was a victim of abandonment. Found on a rural highway just waiting for some help. Well he found it when a good person stopped and swooped him up. His foster family reports he is SUPER SMART, LOVING, FUNNY, easy to train and walks well on a leash.
