Onyx Border Collie Mix Springfield, MO

You will treasure me like a precious stone. My name is Onyx. I’m a handsome, 50ish pound, 1-year-old Border Collie mix guy. I’m such a good boy, infact my trainers at the Pups for Parole program said I was the perfect boy! I’m house trained and crate trained, and I get along great with other dogs. I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not quite sure how I feel about them. I love kids of all ages, but I am pretty high energy, so bigger kids would probably be best. I am pretty good on a leash, so I would be okay living in an apartment or even on the road with a trucker, as long as I have a place where I can play and run off my energy regularly. I love to go on walks, and I LOVE to snuggle! I would like to have another fur sibling to play with, but I would be okay as an only dog if my people would give me lots of attention and play time. I am a graduate of the Pups for Parole training program. I have all the basic training necessary to make a great companion. I will need a family willing to continue my training, I sure don't want to forget all that I've learned!


My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
