Onyx German Shepherd Dog Mix Chesterfield, MO

Onyx is a fun and spritely 2-3 year old female GSD mix that is looking for her new forever home! She's playful, affectionate, and talkative - and at only 55 lbs this girl is like a "fun sized" GSD. You know what they say...dynamite comes in small packages!

Onyx is house broken and has demonstrated she is good in the house and doesn't chew inappropriate items. In her original home she lived with children and did well with kids in a short-term foster home.

Onyx loves having a playmate her size or larger to rough house and tumble with, she has intense prey drive for smaller creatures. She can not go to a home with kitty cats or little dogs.

For those of you that are well versed in training and dog sports, you know some of that energy and drive can be put to good use, and she might be perfect for that!

Our Adoption Fees:

*Dogs and puppies 12 months old or younger: $400

* Adult dogs over 12 months of age: $350

* Senior dogs over 7 years of age qualify for our "Seniors FUREVER" program! Seniors are special to us, so we offer two options:

(1) If your heart has a special place for the seniors, you can adopt a senior dog for the regular adoption fee of $350 and this becomes a perpetual fee. You can adopt another SGSDR senior dog at any time from us in the future at NO CHARGE.
(2) If you aren't sure about your future adoption capacity, you may adopt your SGSDR senior dog for a reduced adoption fee of $250.
