Meet Onyx

The perfect home for Onyx would be an adult couple with no other pets. Onyx is a wonderful dog and great companion! At 8 years old, this poor girl was dumped off at the pound by her owners, perhaps because they couldn't afford the medical care she needed. She was all fixed up at our vet and is doing great! Onyx will do well with the right dog companion, and older children are preferred. Onyx is also dog selective, and not good with cats. She is a little shy upon first meetings but once she warms up she is as sweet as can be! Onyx is also gentle on the leash, doesn't pull at all, and is potty trained, and is 40 lbs. She doesn't like being in a crate - but she doesn't need to be in one at all. She would be great for a retired couple who wants a nice calm companion! Adoption Fee $100
