Meet Oliver! Oliver was originally adopted from DDR in 2021. Unfortunately, his owner's health is failing and she is no longer able to care for him.
Oliver is an independent but sweet little guy. He can be shy at first, but when he gets to know and trust you, he does like to be pet and to snuggle, as well. Oliver is treat motivated, attentive, and willing and eager to please. He is housebroken and likes his crate.
The person who has been Oliver's caretaker for the last 2 months while his mom has undergone treatment, would love to keep him, but her male dog will not accept him. She has worked very hard with Oliver since she has had him and he is thriving. She suggests that the best type of owner for Oliver is someone who is a strong leader, so he feels secure in his environment.
